Ivory-billed Woodpecker Beanie
The Ivory-billed Woodpecker is among 24 bird species in the Western Hemisphere considered to be “lost.” It hasn’t been listed as “extinct” but doesn’t every birder hope it may still exist and they could see it? This beanie is about hope and also to generate a conversation about conservation of species.
This beanie features an original design created by Andie Bottrell. It is made in the USA and is embroidered locally with a large amount of quality stitching. There are two choices–embroidered design non-cuffed or cuffed, an option for how you wish to wear this warm hat. The hat is unisex and should fit the majority of heads. It is a very soft knit with spandex for durability, comfort and stretch and has a clean finish bottom. It is 48% combed ring spun cotton, 48% polyester, and 4% spandex. Machine washable.
