Birds For Good is committed to getting your purchases to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping costs and timelines.
Our goal is to offer practical and expedient shipping at a fair price.
Most orders ship for $5.95. Orders shipped to states that are farther away ship for $9.95 as shown in the map below.
$5.95 Shipping to the following states:
AL, AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, & WI.
$9.95 Shipping to the following states:
AZ, CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, MA, MD, ME, MT, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, & PA.
We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, or other countries.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receipt. This does not include the shipping time.
Delivery Time Frames:
Delivery time frames are estimates and may vary depending on your location. They are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Area:
We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, or other countries.
Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Undelivered Packages:
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you by email. You will have 5 business days to claim your package and provide a new shipping address. Unclaimed packages will be considered abandoned and will be subject to a restocking fee or may be returned to inventory.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
