Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our items and with our preparation and shipping process. But things do happen.
If an item is damaged in shipping or has a defect that we did not detect when preparing your order, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the order.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service at [email protected]. You will need to provide your order number, photo of the item, and a reason for the return. If desired, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to return the item. We will determine if a replacement or refund is warranted and can send a replacement to you or provide credit for the damaged or defective item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and processing your return.
